As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our kitchen, ensuring every dish reflects our high standards and showcases the best of fresh, quality ingredients. Working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, you’ll assist in maintaining consistency and excellence across all areas of the kitchen.

Your role combines hands‑on cooking with supporting the team, ensuring service runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll thrive in fast‑paced environments, staying calm under pressure and meeting deadlines with precision. Your strong interpersonal skills will help you build great relationships with colleagues across the kitchen, front‑of‑house, and management teams.


Responsibilities

* Prepare and cook dishes to high standards, maintaining consistency and quality.
* Assist with stock control, supplier orders, and kitchen cleanliness.
* Support the team in the kitchen, front‑of‑house and management operations.
* Lead the team when required, contributing to a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
