Warehouse Administrator

Menzies Distribution Solutions are looking for a Warehouse Administrator at our Droitwich Depot. You will provide general administrative and logistical support services for the overall efficient running of the depot. This position provides key information and support to the management team and will involve collaboration with the Admin Supervisor.


The Details:

* Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 Depending on Experience
* Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday
* Hours: 10:00 – 18:30
* 40 hours per week
* Monthly Pay


Key Duties and Accountabilities (will include but not be limited to)

* Working closely with the other members of the Team in order to fully understand Customer and Suppliers requirements and expectations.
* Maintain a safe working environment which complies with all aspects of the company’s H&S policy
* Dealing with customer enquiries
* Liaise with management administration and other departments of warehouse personnel
* Accurate control and process of Customer orders
* Effective documentation control of picking lists, goods in and goods out receipts
* Deal with any procurement needs
* Identify opportunities for and initiate continuous improvement projects.
* Data inputting
* Control of warehouse administration ensuring all customer processes are adhered to
* Provide timely, quality and accurate management information, (Weekly/Monthly)
* General administration duties
* Support with any other "ad hoc" administrative tasks
* Prepare and send Transport and Warehouse invoicing to Customers.
* Investigate and conclude customer invoice queries.


Key Experience and Qualifications:

* Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel)
* 'Customer Service' oriented
* Good written and verbal communication skills,
* Able to work under pressure
