Description: Part-time or Full-time Performer dentist required for 2-5 days in a WELL-ESTABLISHED & WELL-EQUIPPED surgery in Stafford.
• 5* Google reviewed practice
• £14-£15 per UDA
• Excellent private income
• 50% split on private and labs
• Experienced team with on-site mentorship — senior clinician with 30+ years’ experience and a practice manager who is a former dental nurse
• iTero scanner
• CBCT
• Surgical motor
• OPG
• Full support team including Hygiene Therapists for referral
• Central Stafford location — 5-minute walk to train station, 1-minute walk to bus stop, surrounded by shops and amenities next to St Mary’s Church
• Available immediately, start date negotiable

- Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years

- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
