Responsibilities
* Supporting young people with emotional, behavioural, and practical needs
* Encouraging independence and positive daily routines
* Following individual care plans and safeguarding policies
* Logging accurate, detailed reports after each shift
* Working collaboratively with your team and external professionals
* Completing a mixture of shifts (long days, short days, nights, evenings, weekends)

Required
* The Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
* 6+ months UK experience supporting children or young people
* 3 references (2 professional + 1 character)
* An Enhanced Child DBS (or willingness to apply)
* Flexibility to work varied shifts
* A valid Physical Intervention certificate or willingness to complete our Team Teach course
* Driving licence desirable, as many roles involve transport or community work
