Tradewind Recruitment is working closely with a number of secondary schools in the Wellingborough area, all of whom are looking to appoint dynamic Science Teachers for full-time roles starting September 2025. These long-term positions have the potential to become permanent for the right candidates.
Working in one of our partner schools, you will join a committed Science faculty where your subject knowledge and enthusiasm will be key to helping pupils develop their scientific understanding. Whether you specialise in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics, there are opportunities to teach your area of expertise across a range of year groups.
These schools offer a supportive working environment, with strong leadership teams and a clear focus on high standards and inclusive learning. ECTs are welcome to apply and will be supported by experienced mentors.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking teachers with QTS (or equivalent), a genuine passion for Science, and the ability to deliver engaging lessons across the curriculum. Strong classroom management, a commitment to student progress, and a willingness to contribute to wider school life are essential.
