Our sister company's Career Support Team (CST) is dedicated to helping individuals navigate career transitions - whether that's moving into a new role, starting a business, retiring, or exploring what's next.
We're looking for a Customer Support Advisor who's highly organised, people-focused, and confident working at pace. You'll be the friendly, efficient point of contact that ensures candidates feel supported, informed, and engaged throughout their programme.
What you'll be doing:
1. Contacting candidates by email and phone to engage them with their career support programme
2. Scheduling coaching appointments, webinars, and events
3. Managing feedback channels (TouchPoint, WhatFix, NPS) - logging results, flagging trends, and escalating concerns
4. Coordinating our Candidate Newsletter for over 5,000 recipients
5. Handling RightSkills requests - checking invoices, verifying suppliers, and keeping accurate records
6. Providing timely, helpful responses to queries via phone or email
7. Working closely with colleagues to keep processes smooth and efficient
You'll be great at this job if you:
8. Are confident with Excel and comfortable working with large datasets
9. Have excellent organisational skills and can manage a high workload without losing accuracy
10. Communicate clearly and warmly across different channels

12. Can work independently while being part of a collaborative team
