Your Role Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with additional needs Adapt learning materials to ensure access to the curriculum Support emotional regulation and engagement in lessons Work closely with teachers, SENCO and pastoral teams Encourage independence, confidence and resilience You may support students with ASD, ADHD, SEMH needs or specific learning difficulties.
