Job Description:
Are you experienced in building IT Product, Transformation, and Technical portfolios within the MSP space?
Can you lead, define, and shape strategic outcomes effectively?
Do you have the ability to build internal teams and platforms for a large, fast-growing MSP Solution Provider?
Proven experience in establishing Product Management, Internal System Leadership, and Stakeholder management is essential.

They boast one of the best internal teams in the MSP space, and this role will ensure all internal teams, business areas, products, tech, and sales operate smoothly while scaling existing platforms and products for growth.
Responsibilities
* Ownership of internal Product Strategy, Technology, PMO, and Business Change.
* Establish best-in-class product management frameworks from development to execution.
* Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, and operational teams to ensure seamless product rollouts and integration.
* Define and establish the strategic direction of Product Management discipline, ensuring best practices are followed.
* Manage and maintain a broad capability vision and roadmap aligned with internal strategy.
* Work with business leaders and technology teams to align the product roadmap.
* Implement continuous improvements to ensure product strategies are repeatable and scalable.
* Use a data-driven approach to decision making, feedback, analysis, and next steps.
* Stay ahead of emerging trends, tools, and methodologies, bringing innovative thinking into the organization.
* Constantly enhance customer and employee experience.
* Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
* Empower the team to drive innovation and influence change.
* Create clear development paths and training opportunities for team members.
