Our client based in the Waterlooville is looking to recruit a Warehouse Team Leader, this would be very much hands on and lead all aspects of the Stores/Warehouse and widespread support to the Workshop & Field teams. Supervise daily warehouse operations, leading a team to ensure efficient picking, packing, and dispatching while upholding safety, quality, and productivity targets, involving staff motivation and performance, workflow coordination, inventory accuracy, and collaboration with other departments. Key duties include allocating tasks, enforcing safety protocols, resolving issues, and fostering a positive, high-performing work environment, often requiring effective communication and hands-on leadership.
