As a Religious Education (RE) Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons on diverse religious traditions and moral perspectives, fostering a supportive classroom where learners confidently ask questions and share ideas. Main Responsibilities: Deliver well-structured RE lessons in line with the curriculum. Encourage reflection, discussion, and critical thinking. Promote respect for diversity and different viewpoints. Maintain a positive and focused classroom environment. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback. Requirements: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Experience working as an RE Teacher in a school setting. Strong communication and classroom management skills. A professional approach to safeguarding and inclusive practice. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
