We are looking to recruit 2 qualifiedsalaried GPs to join our growing multi-disciplinary team, working 4-8 sessions(20-40 hours). Anyone with enthusiasm,interests in teaching and the desire to progress their own development is verywelcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
Agreed job plan as per BMA contract
Patient enquiries/Tasks related to GP contact or named GP
Dictation for referrals - As necessary from patient contacts
Streamlined electronic post and results - Allocation capped on asessional basis
Patient visits One per session as a maximum, usually less withallocated time
Dispensary -Tasks related to patient contacts. Sign scripts in dispensary.
Informal post-surgery discussion Encouraged and as needed withany experienced colleague.
Meetings: Significant Event Meetings, Educational meetings andsocial events.Clinical meetings option of remotely via MS Teams.
Medication Reviews.
Allocation of Enhanced Access hours shared across GP team
Studentsupport/Clinician support surgeries.

Person Specification
Experience
* Practical and recent experience of clinical work in a primary care setting
* A detailed working knowledge of SystmOne
* Experience working as a GP Trainer or HYMS Tutor
