FP&A Analyst | Permanent | Hybrid (3 days in the office p/w) | £65-70k DOE

About the Role
FP&A Analyst
Responsibilities
* Responsible for the budgeting and cash flow forecasting, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic priorities.
* Production of monthly management information packs for the business area.
* Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals and objectives.
* Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
* Financial Modelling and working on cash flow projections.
* Supporting with month end deliverables.
* Business Partnering with various departments and explain complex data to non finance professionals.
* Mentoring, supporting and delegating work flow to part qualified accountants in the team.
Qualifications - ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, strong audit/technical background
Required Skills
* FP&A experience / proven analysis experience.
* Excellent presentation skills with the ability to present complex information to non-financial individuals.
* Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills at all levels.
* Confident, professional and driven.
* Advanced excel skills / quick to pick up systems and processes.
Pay range and compensation package - Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum.
