Our client is hiring a Junior Project Analyst / Coordinator to support a major European POS modernisation programme within a global retail technology environment.
This is a great opportunity to gain experience on a large-scale, multi-country rollout while working closely with Project Managers, Scrum Masters, and business teams.
🚀 The Role
You’ll play a key support role helping deliver POS upgrades across Europe, ensuring smooth coordination, tracking, and reporting across the programme.
đź”§ Key Responsibilities
* Manage and update Jira tickets (defects, progress tracking)
* Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and documentation
* Maintain project reports, trackers, and spreadsheets
* Raise and manage ServiceNow requests
* Coordinate with business teams and store operations
* Provide general project admin and delivery support
âś… Requirements
* Strong hands-on experience with Jira (essential – no training provided)
* Previous experience in a project support / coordinator / admin role
* Excellent organisation and communication skills
* Proactive, self-starter mindset

* Retail or POS experience (even store-level exposure)
* Understanding of Agile/Scrum environments
* Experience supporting UAT processes
