How You’ll Make a Difference
* Offer exceptional care and education in accordance with the EYFS, supporting and meeting each child’s unique needs
* Work supportively and collaboratively with your team to create a caring, playful environment
* Build warm, trusting relationships with families through kind, open communication
What An Early Years Educator Needs
* At least Level 2 qualification in a UK‑recognised early years qualification
* Strong understanding of the EYFS
* Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children
