As they scale, they are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Care Manager to join their team and play a pivotal role in driving this expansion. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of the care service, including recruitment, training, and supervision of care staff.
Develop and implement personalised care plans, ensuring consistently high standards of care.
Monitor service delivery to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and quality benchmarks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure trust and satisfaction.
Drive business growth through effective networking and identifying opportunities for expansion.
Foster communication and collaboration within the team to ensure smooth, consistent care provision.
Requirements Registered Manager qualification, Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care, or a relevant degree.
Proven experience in a similar homecare management role with a strong track record of delivering high-quality services.
Strong leadership and motivational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to build strong relationships.
Robust understanding of regulatory requirements and best practice in domiciliary care.
A genuine passion for person-centred care and improving the lives of others.
Benefits Competitive salary (£40,000 - £46,000) depending on experience).
