The Role
To expand our High Tech and Semiconductor business, we seek an Associate Partner responsible for:
* Leading the capture and sale of transformation solutions to high tech and semiconductor clients.
* Managing consulting revenues and margins for key accounts.
* Acting as a trusted advisor to client executives.
* Managing business opportunities to ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of solutions, with proper risk management.
* Building relationships with partners and team members to advise on key matters.
* Driving proposal development highlighting our value proposition and differentiators.
* Providing leadership and mentorship to managers and team members.

Requirements
We seek experienced key account leaders with:
* Leadership experience in consulting, mentoring teams, and delivering client satisfaction.
* Strong networks and reputation in the high tech and semiconductor sectors.
* Experience working with senior stakeholders in complex organizations.
* A proven track record in selling and delivering consulting and technology services.
* Ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills in English and German.
* Master's degree, preferably in Engineering.
* 10+ years in management consulting, with at least 5 years in high tech and semiconductors.
* Willingness to travel extensively.
