Sales Administrator - Part Time
Location: Stevenage Contract: Permanent Hours: Part-time, 30 hours per week - Monday to Friday (8:30am - 3:00pm or 9:00am - 3:30pm) Salary: £12.80 per hour

The Role
As a Sales Administrator, you will be the backbone of a busy sales operation, ensuring orders are processed smoothly and customers receive a first-class experience from start to finish. You will be handling a varied mix of tasks including order processing, supplier liaison, customer queries and administration, so the ability to prioritise and stay organised is key.
Key Responsibilities
* Processing online orders through the internal system, including sourcing products to meet customer requirements
* Handling inbound telephone enquiries, queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
* Gathering additional information from customers relating to orders, payments and product specifications
* Contacting suppliers to place and manage orders
* Processing customer refunds accurately and efficiently
* Providing general administrative support as required
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a busy administrative or sales support role
* Confident communicator, both over the phone and in writing
* Comfortable managing your own workload and working with a degree of autonomy
* A flexible and proactive approach - happy to turn your hand to tasks as they arise
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
* Experience in a customer-facing or order-processing environment is an advantage
This role sits within a small, supportive team and would suit someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in their work and is looking for stable, regular part-time hours across the full working week. Full training will be provided.
