The Role
As an after school Extended Day Assistant, you will support children’s physical, emotional, social and intellectual development during their extended day activities.
This is a term-time only, 10‑hour weekly position, working from 2.45 pm to 4.45 pm, Monday to Friday, ideal for those seeking flexible part-time work within a school setting.

You Should Have:
5. Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
6. Ability to communicate effectively with both children and adults
7. A supportive and approachable manner
8. Experience of working with children of relevant age and ability to promote positive social interaction
9. Patience, reliability, and good interpersonal skills
10. Basic awareness of health, hygiene, and safeguarding protocols
11. A willingness to contribute to the school's inclusive and caring culture
12. A first aid qualification or willingness to undertake appropriate training.
