As Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll support our Head of Talent Acquisition in shaping our teams and supporting our growth plans. You’ll work closely with hiring managers across the business to attract, assess, and secure top talent across all areas of the business.

ABOUT YOU
* Experience: Proven experience in hospitality recruitment role.
* Mindset: Motivated self-starter with a growth mindset.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
* Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
* Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Fourth ATS desirable) and recruitment tools.
* Cultural Fit: Collaborative spirit, passion for hospitality, and aligning with ETM’s values of quality and community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles, including FOH, BOH, Management, and Head Office support roles.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Hiring Managers to forecast hiring needs, create job briefs, and develop effective sourcing plans.
* Sourcing & Talent Pipelining: Utilize multiple channels to source candidates, screen applications, conduct interviews, assess cultural fit and build diverse talent pipelines while proactively sourcing passive candidates.
* Candidate Experience: Deliver a seamless, engaging candidate journey from application to onboarding and a top tier Brand Experience throughout.
* Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company culture.
* Compliance & Reporting: Maintain recruitment administration and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies; track metrics and produce recruitment reports.
* Diversity & Inclusion: Support initiatives to attract a diverse workforce and promote an inclusive hiring process
