Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage engineering programs across product development, automation, and process improvement.
* Collaborate across business units—including engineering, production, and operations—to define scope, timelines, and success metrics.
* Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, keeping initiatives on track and aligned with business goals.
* Deliver clear and consistent project updates to stakeholders, including executive reporting and cross-functional communication.
* Contribute to scaling the business by developing repeatable processes, tools, and methodologies that improve execution and delivery.
* Champion continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and incorporating them into future project planning.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering (or related discipline).
* Proven experience leading technical programs from early concept through new product introduction (NPI) and production ramp-up.
* Strong project management skills: planning, execution, resource coordination, and risk management.
* Excellent stakeholder management, balancing input from leadership, customers, and suppliers.
* Technical problem-solving skills, including the ability to debug and resolve complex engineering issues.
* Experience creating detailed project plans, tracking progress vs. milestones, and reporting KPIs.
* A continuous improvement mindset with a drive for process innovation and operational excellence.
