CK Group are recruiting for a Rewards Advisor to join a leading global food brand company on a contract basis for 6 months. This is a hybrid role, on site in Bournville, Birmingham 2-3 days per week with the rest home/remote working.
Salary:
£24.52 ph to £31.25 ph PAYE
Rewards Advisor Role:
Ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met
Act as co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Ensure that SOPs and data protection activities comply with International policies and the law
Drive standardisation and simplification of processes
Offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement processYour Background:
Hold a relevant degree or have equivalent working experience
Process design and mapping, and business requirement gathering experience
Have effective communication skills, apply interpersonal skills and take initiative
Be a good team player and with influencing skills
Stakeholder management experience
Fluent German SpeakerCompany:
