A highly respected Chartered Financial Planning firm is seeking an Administrator to support its dedicated team in delivering exceptional client service. The Opportunity

This role is ideal for an experienced financial planning administrator who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about providing outstanding client support. Working closely with financial planners and paraplanners, the successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and seamless client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
* Processing authority letters and gathering financial data for new clients and annual reviews.
* Preparing application forms and client documentation.
* Managing financial transactions on investment platforms.
* Assisting with client reviews, updating goals information, and setting up meetings.
* Handling client correspondence, including post and emails.
* Providing administrative support to financial planners and paraplanners.
* Supporting clients with administrative queries and ensuring clear communication.
About You

To succeed in this role, candidates should demonstrate:

* Experience: At least two years in a financial planning administration role.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle time-sensitive transactions and respond effectively to client queries.
* Proactive Approach: A keen eye for process improvements and efficiencies.
* Growth Mindset: Experience across multiple financial planning areas and a commitment to continuous learning.
* Attention to Detail: Exceptional organisational skills and accuracy in processing transactions.
* Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, investment platforms, and project management tools.
* Knowledge of Financial Transactions: Understanding of investments, insurance policies, fund switches, and withdrawals.
