Responsibilities
* Build exclusive global investor data collection strategies to strengthen the depth, breadth, and differentiation of the investor dataset.
* Oversee and manage Preqin's Investor dataset in the EMEA region, ensuring coverage of the alternative assets industry.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 10‑15 years of relevant experience in data, financial data services, or alternative assets.
* Proven ability to build a function from scratch.
* Ability to craft, build, manage projects, and report on quality holistically.
* Consistent record in performance management and building high‑performing teams.
* Experience in people and project management, including remote management.
* Strong operational management skills in a data organization, with attention to detail.
* Hands‑on, motivational, and entrepreneurial leadership style.
* Strategic and critical thinking skills for developing and improving quality processes.
* Experience with change management in quality and training processes.
* Strong time management and prioritization skills.
* Excellent communication skills and experience working with high‑level executives.
* Proficiency in English.
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
* Knowledge of business intelligence systems such as Power BI or Metabase.
Working Arrangement
Hybrid work model: Employees are required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. Some business groups may require more time in the office due to roles and responsibilities.
