As a Night Paint Technician, you'll play a vital role in our operation by:
13. Preparing vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming
14. Mixing paint colours to match vehicle specifications
15. Applying paint coatings using spray guns and ensuring a smooth finish
16. Performing quality checks to ensure the paint job meets our high standards
17. Adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you'll need:
18. Previous experience as a paint technician in an automotive repair setting
19. Proficiency in preparing surfaces and applying paint coatings
20. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
21. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, including during night shifts
22. ATA/NVQ certifications and training preferred
