Location: Field-based in Suffolk - Bury St. Edmunds and surrounding area

Salary: £34,350 - £36,500 plus company performance bonus

Type: Permanent

As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll gain hands-on experience at the heart of our business—working directly with our customers. Your Responsibilities

* Own and manage a Grocery & Discounter territory, representing leading brands like Mars®, Snickers®, Twix®, and more.
* Build strong relationships with store managers and partners, becoming a trusted advisor for our products and the entire confectionery category.
* Drive sales growth through in-store excellence, creating impactful displays and ensuring product availability.
* Learn to sell with mutuality, making decisions that benefit both Mars and our customers.
* Gain valuable insights from the shop floor that will shape your commercial understanding and future career path.
