Job Role: Sales Administrator
Anderson Knight is delighted to be recruiting for a Sales Administrator for one of our well known clients based in Edinburgh.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills, the ability to build strong customer relationships and can work in a fast-paced environment.
As a Sales Administrator, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Sales team with enquiries and admin, building strong relationships with customers and ensuring all interactions meet regulatory standards and reflect the company’s values.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Sales team with enquiries and administration.
* Processing purchase invoices.
* Organising transport for machinery deliveries and collections.
* Invoicing new and used machinery correctly and efficiently.
* Assisting the Sales Admin Supervisor with various tasks.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administration role (construction, manufacturing etc).
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Detail orientated.
* Confident with IT systems and quick to learn new software.
* Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-moving environment.
* Can display excellent customer service skills.
* Can work well on their own and in a team.
* Approachable with a can-do attitude.
