About the Role: As a 1:1 Support Assistant, you will: Provide tailored support to a specific child with changing needs, adapting strategies as necessary to help them succeed academically and socially. Work closely with the class teacher to plan and implement personalized learning programs. Help the child develop key skills in literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional learning. Support the child in engaging with the curriculum and participating fully in classroom activities. Monitor the child's progress and provide regular feedback to the teaching team and parents.
