You'll be joining our
Highways
team, as the UK's number one highway maintenance contractor, our teams use the latest innovations to create effective solutions. We offer a range of services including planned and reactive maintenance and highway improvement schemes.

What You'll Be Doing
* Process Plant and Fleet timesheets into our Causeway Project Accounting (CPA) System
* Liaise with our internal Fleet team and Operations teams to ensure Plant and Fleet items are aligned
* Process Stock items utilised into our CPA System
* Liaise with our Operations teams to oversee and process monthly stocktakes
* Register & Match Invoices for Materials and Overheads into CPA
* Analyse monthly reports for Plant, Fleet and Stock to provide information to the Accountant and Senior Accountant
* Provide cover for other members of the Finance Team as required
* Other ad-hoc responsibilities and analysis
What You'll Bring
* Strong work ethic with a task focused attitude
* Strong IT Skills including proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel specifically)
* Knowledge and experience of working in a Highway Maintenance or Construction Industry environment (preferred)
* Knowledge and experience of Causeway Project Accounting (CPA) (preferred)
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales & deadlines
