We're looking for a confident and organised Lead Receptionist to oversee front‑of‑house services and ensure an exceptional experience for all visitors and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves managing reception rotas, maintaining attendance registers, and coordinating the team while ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include checking and issuing visitor and contractor passes, booking meeting rooms, and logging helpdesk requests with appropriate follow‑up actions. The position also requires acting as an Incident Marshal and raising any health and safety issues as needed. Additional duties include arranging catering, delivering hospitality services, and providing hospitality figures for Mitie and HMRC. The role supports the setup of the Business Events Centre for meetings and events, manages shared mailboxes and availability trackers, and uses CAFM systems such as Maximo.
