Fram Search is working on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded Independent Financial Planning firm in Worcester that is looking to appoint a Paraplanner to support its growing advice team. Working closely with Financial Advisers, you will be responsible for preparing suitability reports, conducting research and analysis across pensions, investments and protection, and ensuring recommendations are accurate, compliant and aligned with client objectives. You will be an integral part of the advice process, helping advisers deliver a first-class client experience. The firm is ideally seeking someone who is Level 4 Diploma qualified, although candidates who are part-qualified and actively progressing through exams will also be considered. Previous paraplanning experience within an IFA or wealth management environment is highly desirable.
