About the Job Take the strategic lead on Study Programme delivery across all College departments Lead and develop high quality teaching, learning and assessment approaches for young people of Study Programmes Assure the quality of teaching, learning and assessment through a cycle of data-based performance monitoring including in-year attendance, attainment and progress Ensure the curriculum is planned effectively Develop and implement a strategy for study programme delivery, curriculum growth and invigoration, and increased student numbers About You Proven, consistent delivery of success for improving student outcomes over consecutive years as the leader of a large curriculum area, or as lead for Study Programmes or cross-college department Professional Teaching Qualification Management Qualification or relevant experience Wirral Metropolitan College is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
