Court of Protection Solicitor
2+ Years PQE, Northampton, GBP 50,000+ (DOE).
Responsibilities
* Deal with your own caseload of matters, taking client instructions, issuing and acting in proceedings, and supervising fee earners within the team dependent on experience.
* Show strong organisational and interpersonal skills together with a caring and understanding approach to your work.
* Work independently, handling a full and varied caseload, while benefiting from strong internal support, clear career progression pathways, and a positive team culture.
* Work closely with experienced practitioners, building strong client relationships and developing your career within a respected firm.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years PQE as a Court of Protection Solicitor.
