About the role
* Stirling Head Office - Monday - Friday office based - 8.30am - 5.30pm (1 hour lunch break).
* Development and day to day management of Project Managers.
* Ensuring all projects are dealt with in a timely manner, management of inbox and delegation of projects.
* Contacting freelance linguists in our network in order to allocate projects.
* Working with clients to resolve quality issues.
* Working alongside sales, ensuring high levels of client service.
* Working on multiple projects at the same time, coordinating delivery dates and times, and agreeing completion times with freelance linguists.
Who are we looking for
* Degree level education, or 3+ years of experience in an administration-based role.
* Expert user of the Microsoft Office pack, particularly with using Word and Excel.
* Prior experience in the language services industry.
