Responsibilities
1. Support various HR operations.
2. Handle recruitment operations such as posting job advertisements, screening and shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
3. Manage onboarding and off‑boarding administrative matters.
4. Execute payroll runs and other payroll‑related administration.
5. Process leave and other leave‑related administration.
6. Create and maintain employee records in the HR system.
7. Support the annual performance appraisal exercise and address appraisal‑related queries.
8. Assist with other operational issues, including the scheduling of cleaners.
9. Meet KPIs.
10. Respond promptly to employee issues.
11. Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations and applicable laws.
Job Requirements
* Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum one year of experience in HR operations.
* Strong knowledge of statutory regulations (e.g., CPF, IRAS).
* Excellent communication skills with a service‑oriented approach.
* High attention to detail, analytical skills, and capability to handle confidential information.
* Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple HR tasks effectively.
