A fast-growing consumer brand in the loyalty and consumer space is looking for a hands‑on CRM Manager to own retention and lifecycle communications end to end.
This is a doing role. Youll be in the platform daily – building campaigns, optimising journeys and using data to drive repeat engagement and lifetime value. Youll work in a lean, high‑accountability environment where pace and commercial focus matter more than process.
The Role
* Build and execute email, push and in-app campaigns to drive engagement and repeat purchase
* Create and optimise automated journeys across onboarding, active, lapsed and non‑purchaser segments
* Support high‑impact promotional campaigns including countdown and urgency mechanics
* Own test‑and‑learn activity across messaging, timing and incentives
* Use behavioural and transactional data to segment and personalise communications at scale
* Work closely with Product and Data teams to improve targeting and campaign performance
* Deliver at pace in a lean team where you own your output
What We’re Looking For
* 2–5 years of hands‑on CRM experience in ecommerce, gaming, subscription or a similar digital environment
* Confident building campaigns and automation workflows end to end – not just briefing them
* Strong grasp of retention metrics: repeat purchase rate, churn, LTV
* Commercial mindset — focused on revenue impact, not vanity metrics
* Comfortable working at pace with a high degree of ownership
