This role will be a hybrid role requiring 3x days a week in the office.
What You'll Do
SEO Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic visibility across search engines like Google and Bing.
Analyze competitors and identify opportunities for on-page and off-page SEO improvements.
Optimize digital assets across multiple brand websites.
Content Development
Write engaging, SEO-optimized content for blogs, landing pages, and web copy.
Ensure content aligns with brand tone, marketing objectives, and business goals.
Keyword Research
Conduct thorough keyword research to uncover high-value terms.
Strategically incorporate keywords into content to drive traffic and conversions.
SEO Audits & Technical Enhancements
Perform regular SEO audits to improve site structure, user experience, and technical performance.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush.
Build performance dashboards and reports highlighting traffic, keyword rankings, and conversions.
Share insights and recommendations with internal stakeholders to optimize strategy.
Collaboration & Communication
Manage relationships with external SEO agencies and provide clear direction and feedback.
Work closely with marketing teams to align content strategies and ensure consistency across brands.
Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to keep strategies ahead of the curve.
What You'll Bring
2-3 years of experience in SEO, content creation, or a related role.
Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, content optimization, and keyword research.
Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to clarity and engagement.
Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
Data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
Basic understanding of HTML and content management systems (Umbraco is a plus).
Experience coordinating with external vendors or agencies.
Self-starter with strong time management and collaboration skills
