The Role
We are looking for a warm, confident and organised Receptionist to join our team and be the welcoming face of our studio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a wellness-focused environment, and can help create a seamless client experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome members and clients with a friendly, professional approach
* Manage daily front-of-house operations and maintain a calm, inviting studio atmosphere
* Handle class bookings, cancellations, and client enquiries
* Support studio administration and assist instructors where needed
* Ensure the reception area remains clean, organised, and aligned with studio standards
What We're Looking For
* Confident, approachable and people-focused personality
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
* Comfortable using booking systems and technology
* Experience with the Bsport booking system is a bonus, but not essential (training will be provided)
