What You’ll Do
* Assist residents with daily routines, encouraging independence and positive choices.
* Follow and support each resident’s personalised care plan, providing hands‑on care and thoughtful attention.
* Monitor health and wellbeing, communicating concerns to nursing staff and arranging calls to relatives or healthcare professionals.
* Uphold dignity and respect for every resident, ensuring they feel valued.
* Encourage social interactions among residents and staff, fostering a warm environment.
* Collaborate with housekeeping to maintain safe, clean, and comfortable spaces and respond swiftly to emergencies.
* Provide nutritional support to residents needing help with eating and drinking.
* Bring joy and smiles to residents’ lives each day.
About You
* Qualifications: Preferred SVQ/NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care.
* Experience: Ideally at least 6 months as a Care Assistant; passion for care and transferable skills welcomed.
* Values: Integrity, respect, teamwork, and a genuine commitment to excellent service.
