We are now seeking a Director of Engineering to provide executive leadership across a landmark, mixed-use portfolio. This is a board-level leadership role, responsible for defining and driving the estate-wide engineering strategy. You will shape long-term infrastructure planning, oversee significant capital investment programmes, and ensure the estate operates at the highest standards of safety, compliance and operational excellence. Your remit will extend beyond day-to-day service delivery to influencing asset strategy, risk management and future-proofed design. Leading a substantial in-house team and specialist partners, you will set the direction for engineering governance, performance metrics and innovation adoption. You will work closely with senior asset management, development and commercial stakeholders to align technical strategy with wider estate objectives, ensuring engineering is positioned as a core enabler of value, reputation and occupier experience. We are looking for an accomplished engineering executive with experience operating at scale across complex, high-footfall environments. You will bring deep technical credibility across MEP infrastructure, critical systems and statutory compliance, alongside the strategic foresight to guide digital transformation, decarbonisation and long-term asset resilience.
