An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced and forward-thinking Business teacher to take on the role of Head of Business as part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in Leicester. The Role
* Lead the Business department, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning across KS4 and KS5.
* Develop and implement a forward-thinking curriculum that reflects the latest industry trends and business concepts.
* Support and mentor staff to drive continuous improvement and professional development.
* Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to contribute to the school’s strategic direction and whole-school initiatives.
* Monitor student progress, implementing strategies to enhance attainment and engagement in Business education.
What We’re Looking For
* A degree in Business or a related field, along with PGCE/QTS.
* Proven experience teaching Business at KS4 and KS5, with a strong track record of success.
* Leadership experience or a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team.
* A passion for Business education and the ability to engage students in real-world learning.
