About the Team
The Response Leadership team are in a position to advertise a part-time administration position reporting to the Response Support Watch Manager. The Response Leadership Team oversee Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Services crews and resources that are sent out to deal with emergencies like fires, rescues, and other emergencies. We would like to welcome eligible candidates to apply for the position.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be supporting Response & Fire Control Managers in a highly motivated team to support the Service’s vision in making Warwickshire the best that it can be now, and in the future. The right person will need to be enthusiastic, possessing excellent organisational and computer skills. They should be able to work under pressure alongside a group of highly motivated individuals. This position is for 15 hours per week, with the successful candidate required to work from our Service Headquarters at Leamington, with opportunity for hybrid working if appropriate.
Key Requirements
Excellent communication and strong organisational skills are required. Along with an aptitude for working in a largely dynamic environment within a diverse workforce, applicants should have a principled approach as to what is right and wrong and be committed to upholding the principles of the Core Code of Ethics.
