Job Opportunity: Temporary Receptionist
Forrest Recruitment LTD is currently working with a client in the care sector who is recruiting a Temporary Receptionist to join their team. Note: This role requires an Enhanced DBS.
You will work closely alongside the Office Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities include:
1. Meeting and greeting visitors and assisting them with the computerised office sign-in process.
2. Answering incoming calls and transferring them to the appropriate teams.
3. Communicating with staff via Teams to notify them of calls and visitors.
4. Preparing refreshments for visitors upon arrival.
5. Transcribing and typing basic documents.
6. Providing general administrative support, including scanning and filing.
