Graduate Executive Search Recruitment Consultant
Location: Newcastle City Centre
Salary: £29,000 & an un-capped commission structure up to 60% + company benefits.

As an Executive Search Consultant, you will be headhunting top-tier candidates for some of the largest organisations globally within your own industry. This is a sales role, where you have full responsibility for your own success.

What you will be doing as an Executive Search Consultant:
* Essentially you will be managing your own business within our business, specialising in one of our many industries on a global basis.
* Headhunting top industry talent into high-level job openings internationally.
* Managing and building client and candidate relationships as soon as you start the role and responsible for the entire end-to-end recruitment process. You will have a high level of support and autonomy!
* As this is a sales and business development role; you will be working towards targets, have KPI’s and will be responsible for developing your own clients, from scratch. We need confident, resilient, hard‑working, competitive and down‑to‑earth individuals who can add value to our business and clients!
