Salary: £30,000 per annum + Bonus Scheme
Monday to Friday (No Weekends)
Our client is currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Aftersales Advisor to join their busy dealership team in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and personable individual who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment.
The Role
As an Aftersales Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers requiring servicing, maintenance, and repair work. You will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the workshop and driving aftersales performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming customers and managing service bookings
* Liaising with the workshop team to ensure efficient workflow
* Providing clear and professional updates to customers
* Upselling service plans and additional work where appropriate
* Maintaining accurate records and invoicing
* Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction at every stage
Salary & Benefits
* Basic salary of £30,000 per annum
* Quarterly bonus scheme:
o Up to £1,000 per quarter based on customer satisfaction performance
* £25 commission per service plan sold
* Monday to Friday working hours

About You
* Previous xsngvjr experience in an automotive service advisor / aftersales role preferred
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
* Ability to work well under pressure
* Confident in upselling and identifying customer needs
