Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and vision for the Food Technology department.
* Develop and implement a creative, engaging Food Technology curriculum.
* Ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning in Food Technology across all key stages.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted interventions when needed.
* Lead CPD for Food Technology teachers and manage departmental resources.
* Establish links with local businesses to enrich the Food Technology curriculum.
