Marketing Manager (Netherlands)
Weâre looking for a resultsâdriven marketer to lead our D2C consumer marketing activities in the Dutch market on a paternity cover basis. The role covers marketing strategy and execution during a critical period.
What youâll be doing
* Executing marketing campaigns.
* Managing budget and performance for the region.
* Handsâon channel management and overseeing freelancers across affiliates, paid search, paid social, influencers, podcasts, and YouTube advertising.
* Managing CRM and website for the region.
* Localising marketing campaigns and product communications for the Dutch market.
Requirements
* 5+ years of marketing experience within a directâtoâconsumer (D2C) business, ideally in a fastâpaced or highâgrowth environment.
* Proven expertise in digital and performance marketing across paid social, search, display, and CRM.
* Fluent in English and Dutch, with excellent written and verbal communication in both languages.
* Strong analytical mindset to interpret performance data and optimise campaigns for growth.
* Collaborative, proactive, and able to work crossâfunctionally with global and local teams.
* Available for a fixedâterm or paternity cover contract and ready to make an immediate impact.
Insurance experience is not required. Weâll provide training and upâskilling. Please confirm you have permission to work in the UK, NL or France, as we cannot provide visa sponsorship.
