What you’ll do Vendor Compliance Ensure all vendor operational and reporting metrics are met, with proactive tracking and remediation. Operations & Ordering Meet set SLAs for order processing and invoicing. Manage linked sales order placement and backorder placement to maintain flow and accuracy. Stock Management Work with vendors to submit RMAs (including quarterly and stock‑balancing requests) on time. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve aged inventory issues and optimise stock position. Subscription Agreements Streamline and simplify SaaS, Enterprise Agreement, and RO transactions. Proactively manage subscription agreements throughout their lifecycle. Sales Support Ensure internal and external operational enquiry SLAs are met. Act as the escalation point for operational issues with vendor stakeholders and Dicker Data teams. Validate monthly forecasts to support accurate planning. Contract Management Serve as the primary contact for vendor contracts. Partner with internal stakeholders to optimise Dicker Data’s position in vendor agreements and communicate contract terms across departments for compliant execution. Customer Service Manage and triage the internal sales inbox. Provide guidance on escalations and support customer resolution. Communication Communicate across multiple levels on vendor operations and change impacts. Enable and coach internal departments to minimise operational issues. Vendor Relationship & Governance Meet with vendors at least fortnightly to review improvement areas and issues. Be the operational point of contact for new initiatives and programs, ensuring processes align with vendor requirements. Manage and coordinate weekly commit requirements as stipulated by the vendor. Reporting & Claims Own claims and reconciliation, including price‑rise claims, monthly config claims, and monthly margin reviews. Deliver vendor compliance reporting (Daily POS, Daily Invoice, Weekly Open Orders, Inventory updates, hold orders, etc.). Team Leadership Lead, coach, and develop a team of highly skilled operations professionals, fostering a high‑performance and continuous‑improvement culture.
