This post is based at Windsor Dialysis, 1 Maidenhead Road, Old Ambulance Station, Windsor, SL4 5EY - and attracts a Fringe payment of 5% of gross basic salary.
An exciting opportunity for a Renal Patient Transport Driver (Band 2) has come up to work in the Windsor Haemodialysis Unit, which is a 24 bedded satellite unit of the Royal Berkshire Hospital Foundation Trust.
Responsibilities
* Drive vehicles to transport the users of the Trust’s Haemodialysis Satellite Unit in Windsor safely to and from their place of residence.
* Follow pre-determined schedules and organise routes as appropriate to transport patients safely and efficiently.
* Cover all shifts as required; the unit is open Monday to Saturday with no night duty, with shifts starting from 06:00 till 12:30 midnight.
