Quest Employment are currently on the lookout for a Warehouse Supervisor for our client based in Bedford.
The role: Supervising a team of workers
Ensuring that work targets are met
Take responsibility for ensuring that H&S standards are met
Development of team members through training
Supporting the team by completing orders by picking and packing of the products
Shift pattern & salary
Salary: £27000
Hours: 14:00 - 22:00; Monday to Saturday with a day off in the middle of the week.
The PM shift may potentially be adjusted to run from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or extensive Team Leaderdersip is required.
You must present a can-do attitude and enthusiasm for driving team success.
Strong relationship management abilities.
Effective planning and organisational skills.
Problem-solving mindset with root cause analysis capabilities.
Proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
This will be a temp to perm role!
