Shifts: Waking nights 9:30 pm – 7:30 am | Week nights and every other weekend

Job Description
What you'll do
You will be supporting a young boy with complex clinical needs in a 1:1 night-time care package within his family home. Your role will focus on monitoring and maintaining his safety, comfort, and wellbeing throughout the night, while providing calm, reassuring support.
This is a highly rewarding role suited to a confident, caring, and engaging care professional who can help put a child at ease and make a real difference to his daily life. It's an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and join us as a Complex Care Assistant.
Key responsibilities include:
* Tracheostomy care
* PEG care
* Ventilator management
Qualifications
What we're looking for:
You don't need any social care experience to apply for this role. We're more interested in your compassion and ability to care. You'll need to be resilient and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
